As a first-time customer of Elan, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—especially after a longer-than-anticipated wait due to shipping—but I have to say, the experience ended up being more than worth it.

The Jojo Denim Track Sweatpants truly exceeded my expectations. The fabric is incredibly soft (literally “butter soft”), the quality is beautiful, and the design feels completely unique compared to anything else I own. They strike that perfect balance between comfort and style, which is not easy to find.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Throughout the shipping delays, the team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right. That kind of attention doesn’t go unnoticed and made a lasting impression—it’s honestly what turns a one-time buyer into a loyal customer.

For reference, I’m 5’4” and 128 lbs. I ordered a size small based on reviews saying they run a bit big, which I agree with—it fits well overall. The only adjustment needed is the length, as they do run long, so I’ll be having a couple of inches hemmed for a perfect fit.

They’re already on their way to my tailor, and I can’t wait to get them back. I loved them enough that I’m already planning my next purchase—definitely grabbing them in black as well.
