Domestic returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery for a refund and 30 days for store credit or exchange. Once the label is created, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local post office to receive a refund.
Products purchased on sale and jewelry can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Re:do Free Returns + Package Protection Coverage
When you opt-in for the $3.48 return and package protection coverage at checkout, your return shipping label will be covered, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange (without needing to pay for the shipping label). Your package will also be protected in the event a missing or lost package, you will be ensured a replacement order at zero cost to you.
If you decide not to buy return coverage, no problem! You can still return your items, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
*During big sale events, we will be happy to cover the return coverage fees for the customer.
Holiday Sales
All items purchased during big sales events will not be eligible for a refund (unless there was a mistake or issue with the order). The products purchased during this time can however be returned for a store credit or exchange. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please email our customer service.
*During big sale events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, where items are non-refundable and only available for store credit/exchanges, we will cover the return coverage fees for the customer.
Refunds/Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment, or to a gift card if the item was purchased on sale, within 3 business days.
Additional Return Guidelines
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. Please include the packing invoice in your return package. If you need to make any change to your return request after you have already requested a shipping label, please let our customer service team know to avoid processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will be refunded directly back to the gift card.
Final Sale products cannot be returned for a refund. Products purchased at 30% off or more during holiday sales are considered on sale and can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
Customs/Duties:
Customs duties and import taxes are to be paid by the customer at or before delivery to the customer. Customer is responsible to pay the Customs/Duty charges relating to their purchase. If an item is "return to sender" by the carrier then there will be no refund for shipping cost.
