Beautiful dress.runs a little small. The dress has very little give so size up. I am 5"3 135lbs.. medium was very snug

I always wear a small and ordered a medium and it was very snug. It still looked good, just saying I would size up. There is no liner so I assume this is meant to be worn as a swim cover up. I don’t feel like wearing a slip underneath so it’s going back. It’s also warmer since it’s crochet.
