This is a really cute jacket. It does run big, but is is supposed to fit like a longer shaket. I am 5’4” 120lbs and thought I might need the size small for the length and size XS for the width. I ordered the XS and think I might exchange for the small. There is a big difference in length from the front and back of the jacket….approximately 3 inches. Although, the XS does come just past my hips in front, I think I might like it to be just a tad longer.

I purchased this jacket on behalf of my stepdad for Christmas gift for my mom. Unfortunately, he didn’t look at it before wrapping, and when my mom opened the gift we realized the incorrect jacket has been shipped by mistake. I contacted customer service, and despite it being past the return window, they immediately shipped us the correct jacket - no questions asked. Their response was immediate and I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution. I would recommend Elan to anyone.
