Runs small on the upper arms

I bought this in black since they were sold out of my size in every other color. It is quite beautiful. At first, I worried that the billowing sleeves would get in the way, but my friend said the top was gorgeous so I kept it. I loved it so much, I ordered it in white and jade when it came back in stock. I plan to pair it over the hazel strapless dress for those chilly summer nights.
