First off, let me say, Elan's customer service is top notch and 100% and more. Second, this Gray Kitson Cardigan is so beautiful. My one and only gripe about it is it's not got enough cotton in its content, it's more acrylic, boo. I started out purchasing a size M, which is what my size typically is **pay attention to their size chart,** I needed a S. I rec'd it in record time, just two days after placing my order. When I opened it, I noticed there was a pull on the sleeve. I immediately contacted CS to which they responded the following morning. I explained about the pull and that I truly needed a S, I should have listened to their size chart and how do I go about exchanging it? She was so sweet, said they were a 'green' company, they'd send out a replacement (in a size S no less) and that I should either throw out the M (which I never would have done) or to donate the damaged M to an organization (which is exactly what I did.) Thank you for 1) standing behind your product, and 2) for supplying a fun item. Please note, this item is NOT meant to close in the front, it's meant to hang. So go with their size chart, not what you normally wear. The rustish colorblock in the back's a nice change to just a blaze gray, which by the way it ISN'T! When I first saw this item, I swore it was a sleeveless vest. Nope, it's not, it's a vest that has sleeves on it. At 5'2.5", the length comes to about my shins.
